Sony Sports Network is all set to broadcast the India Women’s Tour of England 2026, featuring a highly anticipated three-match T20I series beginning May 28. The tour is expected to play a major role in preparations for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, while also carrying historic importance with India Women scheduled to play their first-ever Test match at Lord’s Cricket Ground.
The multi-format series once again renews one of women’s cricket’s biggest rivalries, with India and England preparing for another competitive battle featuring T20 internationals and a standalone Test match.

India Women head into the series with confidence after securing a 3-2 T20I series victory in England during the previous tour. Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the Indian side alongside major players including Smriti Mandhana and Deepti Sharma, who impressed audiences with her performances during the 2025 ODI World Cup.
England will begin the series without regular captain Nat Sciver-Brunt, who misses the T20I leg due to a minor calf injury. Charlie Dean will lead the side during the T20I series, supported by Sophie Ecclestone, Lauren Bell, and Danni Wyatt-Hodge.
The tour also marks an important return for England head coach Charlotte Edwards, who famously guided England to Women’s T20 World Cup success in 2009.
For Indian cricket fans, the Lord’s Test match carries emotional significance, with the venue still remembered for India’s heartbreaking defeat in the 2017 ICC Women’s ODI World Cup Final.
