After the huge success of Theri, director Atlee and vijay joining for a mass movie named mersal. leading tamil general entertainment channel zee tamizh bagged it’s television rights for record amount. it’s scheduled to release during deepavali (diwali) , 18th October. We have already reported that zee tv bagged enthiran 2, (2.0 movie) rights. This is a period-social-action thriller film as per industry reports. AR Rehman composing music and sun tv bagged the audio launch rights, don’t be confused with the same. All the songs listed in top charts, fans are waiting for the release.

Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menon, S. J. Surya, Sathyaraj etc are in the star cast of mersel movie.
