The first look teaser of the big budget film “Raja Shivaji”, jointly produced by Jio Studios and Mumbai Film Company, will be released in theaters along with Dhurandhar Part 2. The teaser will be released along with Durandhar Pratikaram, which will hit the theaters on March 19. The film is directed by renowned Bollywood actor and director Riteish Vilasrao Deshmukh, who plays the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj himself.
Giving the audience a first glimpse of the magnificent cinematic retelling of the life and legacy of one of India’s greatest warriors, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the first look teaser of this cosmic film is available only in theaters.
The film tells the story of a son who took a sacred vow to lay the foundation of Swarajya and rose against formidable forces. The camera is handled by Santosh Sivan and the music is composed by the Ajay-Atul team for “Raja Shivaji”, which is being made as a pan-Indian film. The film is being made in Hindi and Marathi languages.
The makers aim to present this historical epic as a cinematic spectacle that celebrates India’s rich heritage on a global scale. It is the story of a beloved national warrior who chose rebellion over surrender and forged the course of India’s resistance movement.
