Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya Story
The series takes viewers inside Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya, a school where every day brings new surprises, colourful personalities, and endless challenges.
At the centre of the story is Gyaneshwar Tripathi, played by Kay Kay Menon, a laid-back yet resourceful headmaster whose unconventional methods keep the school functioning despite its many problems.
His life takes an unexpected turn when he discovers that the principals of the ten best-performing Delhi schools will be rewarded with a government-sponsored training programme in Cambridge. Determined to earn a place among the top schools, Gyaneshwar embarks on an inspiring journey with the support—and occasional chaos—created by his teachers, students, parents, and staff.

Kay Kay Menon on Playing a Headmaster
Speaking about the series, Kay Kay Menon said that although he has portrayed intelligence officers, politicians, and criminals throughout his career, playing a school headmaster was a completely new experience.
He described Gyaneshwar Tripathi as an imperfect yet intelligent character who uses his wit to navigate difficult situations while maintaining a fundamentally kind and humane personality. Menon also credited director Himank Gaur and the talented ensemble cast for helping bring the character to life.
The actor added that Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya is very different from his previous Prime Video projects, including Farzi, Bambai Meri Jaan, and Citadel: Honey Bunny.
Archana Puran Singh on Urmila Devi
