Erica Fernandes said the potential positive impact of Dr. Major Naina was one of the first things that attracted her to the script. Gashmeer Mahajani as Dr. Major Aniruddh

Samar Khan and Epic Company are behind the production of 108 Base Hospital – Uri, with A-Game Entertainment serving as co-producer.
According to Samar Khan, the objective from the beginning was to portray a world that television audiences rarely see. The concept was brought to him by Chandani Arya, leading to a creative collaboration around the lives of Army medical personnel.
While stories about soldiers on the frontline are familiar, the production wanted to explore the doctors, nurses and medical teams who work behind that frontline to save them.
The team undertook months of research, drawing from the real-life experiences of Army doctors and officers. The production also filmed at authentic locations and worked with military and medical consultants to bring greater authenticity to the setting and its characters.
