Ever wondered what your favourite actors carry with them on the go? Beyond the usual wallets and phones, their bags are often a treasure trove of quirky, practical, and sometimes surprising essentials. Giving fans a peek into their off-screen lives, Sony SAB artists Bhumika Gurung, Akshaya Hindalkar, Gulki Joshi and Srishti Singh open up about the items they never step out without, each reflecting their personality, routine and little rituals that keep them going through hectic shoot schedules.
Bhumika Gurung, playing the role of Sara in Itti Si Khushi shares, “My bag is like my little survival kit for the day. Apart from the basics like my wallet and phone, I always carry lip balm, a compact and some healthy snacks because long shoot hours can get quite exhausting. I also keep a small diary with me where I jot down random thoughts, ideas, or even things I’m grateful for, it really helps me stay centred. These little things really help me stay comfortable through long shoot days.”

Akshhaya Hindallkar, playing the role of Rashi in Pushpa Impossible shares, “I like to keep things simple but practical. My bag always has a compact, a lipstick, and a hairbrush because you never know when you need a quick fix. I also carry a notebook and a pen. I like jotting things down. I also carry some basic medicines, just in case. It is always better to be prepared when you have long days on set. And of course, my earphones, I cannot do without them. Sometimes that’s all you need during a break.”
Gulki Joshi, playing the role of Dr. Srishty in Yaadein shares, “I like to keep my bag functional but also meaningful. You’ll always find essentials like sunscreen, a water bottle, and some basic skincare because we’re constantly under harsh lights. I also carry a book with me, I love reading whenever I get even a few minutes of downtime on set. A tiny perfume is a must for those quick refresh moments between shots, and of course, my headphones are non-negotiable. Music helps me switch off, relax, and get back into the zone whenever I need a break.”
Srishti Singh playing the role of Dr. Vaani in Yaadein shares, “I’m someone who doesn’t like clutter, so my bag is quite minimal but has everything I truly need. My phone, wallet, hand sanitizer and a few skincare essentials are always there. I also carry a small pouch filled with things that might seem random but are super useful, like safety pins, band-aids, or even little accessories. On a shoot, you never know what you might need, so I like being prepared. It’s almost like my bag has a solution for every small emergency!”
