The new release date of the pan-Indian film ‘The Paradise’, directed by Srikanth Odela and starring Telugu superstar Nani in the lead, has been announced. The film will hit the theatres globally on August 21, 2026. Earlier, the film was scheduled to release in the last week of March. However, due to the inability to complete the work on the film on time, the release date was postponed to a new date.
This film, which will see the Nani-Srikanth Odela team reunite after the blockbuster film ‘Dussehra’, is being produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri, the producer of Dussehra. Produced under the banner of Sreelakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, this film is also the first time that Nani and music director Anirudh Ravichander will reunite after the films Jersey and Gang Leader. Recently, Nani’s intro song in the film was composed by Anirudh on a huge set in Hyderabad.
The shooting of this song, choreographed by Sudhan Master, who worked on Vijay’s film Jana Nayagan, is in progress. The film is reportedly in the final stages of shooting. The film will enter post-production work by next month. ‘The Paradise’ will be the biggest release of Nani’s career. The posters, including the first look, and the glimpse video called Spark of Paradise have garnered a lot of attention on social media.
Bollywood star Raghav Juyal is also among the stars of the film. Sampoornesh Babu, Mohan Babu, Sonali Kulkarni, Eswari Rao, Raja Ravindra, Tanikela Bharani, MS Chaudhary and Ram Jagan are the other stars in the film. After Dussehra, which entered the 100 crore club, ‘The Paradise’ will bring the directorial excellence and meticulous vision of director Srikanth Odela to the audience on a cosmic canvas.
The film, which features Nani in a never-before-seen mass avatar, is set to be one of the most expensive films of Nani’s career, with a strong and engaging script written by Srikanth Odela. The film will be released globally in eight languages. Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali, English and Spanish.
