Veteran actor Neha SK Mehta, who plays Anvita’s mother Hetal Divekar in the show, recently opened up about her special bond with co-actor Sumbul Touqeer Khan. What started as a professional association has blossomed into a deeply affectionate relationship, with Neha fondly describing their equation as one that feels like family even beyond the sets. Speaking about their off-screen bond, Neha SK Mehta shares, “From the very beginning, there was something pure and comforting about my equation with Sumbul.
She is incredibly talented, but also sincere, respectful and full of warmth. Over time, our bond has grown so organically that it no longer feels like we’re just co-actors, it truly feels like family, both on and off screen. We share many little moments on set, whether it’s chatting between shots, looking out for each other or simply laughing after an intense scene. There’s a natural sense of care and comfort I feel towards her, and I believe she knows she can always rely on me.
