In a society where discussions about menstruation are only just beginning to find a voice, menopause remains a taboo – a subject cloaked in silence and discomfort. Yet, it’s an inevitable and significant phase of every woman’s life, affecting her hormones, mental well-being, confidence, and identity. Through this film, the makers hope to break stereotypes, spark awareness, and foster understanding and empathy.

Based on the widely appreciated book Me No Pause Me Play by Manoj Kumar Sharma, the film highlights stories inspired by real experiences. Sharma, who has also written and produced the film, brings authenticity and depth to the narrative, ensuring that it goes beyond entertainment to create social impact and awareness.

Menopause deserves understanding, not silence. This film is about empathy, awareness, and acceptance — for every woman who faces this change with quiet courage.

Set to hit theatres on November 28, 2025, Me No Pause Me Play is poised to become a defining moment for women-centric cinema – one that replaces hesitation with hope and silence with strength.
