Priyamvada Kant, who plays Latika in Gharwali Pedwali, shares,“For me, summer is all about staying naturally hydrated and energized. I like to start my day with a glass of warm water followed by fresh coconut water it instantly refreshes me and keeps me active throughout the day. During shoots, I always carry homemade drinks like nimbu pani or buttermilk, which are not just cooling but also great for digestion. I also love having seasonal fruits like watermelon and muskmelon; they are light, juicy, and perfect for beating the heat. In the evenings, I enjoy sipping on fresh fruit smoothies or a chilled glass of aam panna, which gives a nice tangy twist and helps me feel rejuvenated. I try to avoid aerated drinks and stick to natural options that keep my body balanced and hydrated from within.”

Vidisha Srivastava, known for her role of Anita Bhabi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai 2.0, says, “Summer calls for simple and refreshing choices when it comes to drinks. I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and I love infusing it with mint or cucumber for that extra freshness. One of my absolute favourites is chilled rose sharbat it not only tastes amazing but also has a calming effect on the body. I also enjoy traditional drinks like lassi and jaljeera, especially after long shooting hours, as they instantly cool me down. Fresh juices, especially orange and pomegranate, are a regular part of my routine as they keep my energy levels up. I believe in keeping it light and natural, and these small habits really help me stay refreshed and active even during the hottest days.”
