The central plot of Panchami revolves around the mystic power of a girl who has a command over snakes. Panchami has been portrayed as a loyal devotee of Lord Shiva. On the other hand, Kinjal Chowdhury has been portrayed as a young, dynamic entrepreneur who has studied abroad and is now trying to discover a life-saving drug from snake venom. Panchami is bewildered with her mystic power and Kinjal’s horoscope is blemished with the inauspicious “Sarpo Dosh” which puts him in a risk of dying from a snake bite. The central plot of the story revolves around these two characters.
