Hasyotsava – A Laughter Riot at Chitradurga This Sunday at 1.00 P.M

The city of an invincible fort, Chitradurga, recently witnessed Udaya Comedy Channel’s “Hasyotsava,” an exclusive show to enrapture people from across various districts of Karnataka on a remarkable journey filled with loads of humor, fun, and entertainment. The show had a great ensemble of Udaya Comedy artists like Kempegowda, Krishna, Shashi, Srikant, Priyanka Kamat, Umesh, and Srinidhi Bhat who enthralled the audience and entertained them like never before.

It was a great treat for the people of Chitradurga, who are extremely proud of their city’s glorious past, to see the dynamic Onake Obavva and esteemed ruler Madakari Nayaka in flesh and blood at the Ta.Ra.Su. Rangamandara. The show began with a powerful skit performance by stellar artists of Udaya Comedy

who played the roles of the historic Madakaru Nayaka and Obavva on stage. Hasyotsava had the legendary comedian of the Kannada Film Industry,
Tennis Krishna gracing the occasion. Some of his lucky fans got the opportunity to interact with him, ask a couple of questions and even dance with him on stage.

The very popular mimicry artist Gopi was responsible for getting the maximum number of whistles from the gathered crowd when he mimicked many celebrated film actors like Dr.Vishnuvardhan, Ambreesh, Shankarnag and the like with his superb voice modulation capabilities. People really loved yet another humorous conversational performance by Udaya Comedy Jockeys where they brought in the celebrated characters of the very adamant Ramachari and guru Chamaiyya Meshtry from Nagarahavu movie on stage.

Kannada comedy Shows

But the joy of the audience was doubled when many of them got the chance to come up on stage, play games and win gifts. If married couples had a great time taking part in ‘Aadarsha Dampatigalu,’ many others from the crowd enjoyed shaking a leg for ‘Dance Nodi Vaapas Maadi.’ The youngsters who played various funny games with all their youthful energy and enthusiasm were the ones who loved being on stage with all the spotlight on them the most.

Udaya Comedy Channel Head, Mr. Bhuvan Shastry while addressing the gathering said that the main moto of the channel is to work towards giving relief to people from everyday tension and keeping them happier and healthier by giving them daily dose of laughter through the channel.

Overall it was an extremely fun-filled show which was indeed a great treat to be part of as an audience. The loud cheers, applause, and the sound of the laughter that constantly filled the auditorium are more than enough to define the grand success of the show. This is the most expected show which is all set to launch on 22nd Dec at 1 pm.
